Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel great about every purchase you make with us. If something doesn’t feel quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help you get it sorted quickly and kindly.

1. Can I Return My Order?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to return items within 7 days of receiving your order as long as they’re:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Purchased directly from our store

  • Accompanied by your order number or receipt

A few items can’t be returned:

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (if any)

2. How to Start a Return

Just send us a message at servicedept@charmandlovely.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and simple instructions.

Note: Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund unless the issue was our mistake.

3. Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help. Reach out to us and we’ll check availability and guide you through a quick exchange.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or not what you expected:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Snap a quick photo of the issue and send it our way

We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund — whatever works best for you.

6. Changing Your Mind (Order Cancellations)

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it.
If it’s already on its way, no worries — you can still return it once it arrives.
